		<description>&lt;p&gt;Great interview yourself! I liked the topic and agree that community monitoring is the next &#039;era.&#039; Chris Brogan wrote up a nice piece on how a community manager would look and be constructed practically, which is another good step in the right direction.&lt;/p&gt;
